Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Romchiee. This website is operated by Romchiee; throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Romchiee.

Here you can explore our pieces and place an order through romchiee.com. These Terms of Service set out the conditions that apply when you shop with us, alongside the Shipping policy and Return and refund policy available on our website. Please read them before placing an order.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS

Romchiee pieces are made in small numbers. Unless a product page says otherwise, each piece is made after an order is placed, in the design and size selected at checkout.

We aim to describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as possible. As some details are finished by hand, slight variations between pieces may occur. These variations do not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.

SECTION 2 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Please review your order details, including the product, size and delivery address, before placing your order. Available payment methods and the final price are displayed at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at romchieee@gmail.com. We will let you know whether a change is still possible.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for production before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout. More information is available in our Shipping policy.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and refund policy explains how to request a return, what to do if an item arrives faulty or incorrect, and when return shipping costs apply. Please read it before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 5 - SITE CONTENT

The photographs, designs and written content on this website belong to Romchiee or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them for commercial use without our consent.

SECTION 6 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version available on this page at the time you place your order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 7 - CONTACT

For questions about these terms or an order, contact us at romchieee@gmail.com.
